As a travel experience company, First in Service travel had felt strong with the need to redesign their website. Then the process really came down to what the company envisions the website to be and how could this website stand out from other travel websites. The management team at First in Service Travel came to the conclusion that the site should be a digital luxury and travel-related magazine.
User Flow That Actually Flows
I have taken the UX lead on wireframing, testing, and designing my current company’s website. To achieve the goal of designing a responsive site that engages our audience and generates business leads, I led weekly brainstorm sessions to find design inspirations and to test out each design’s usability. The biggest challenge for me was leading the project without being professionally trained in an art program. I had utilized available resources on the internet and asked my old designer coworkers for opinions.
